You can fly from Johannesburg to Mthatha with South African Express. Perhaps you want to overnight at the Umtata Savoy Hotel before you drive to the coast. Near N'taba River Lodge and only 15 km from Port St John's you can stay at the luxurious Umngazi River Lodge. Further south west is
